One month updATE!

After creating half my mock up (insert pics later), I have had an epiphany! I've found the weaknesses in my design, e.g:

GRUBBY TEXTURED METALLIC FABRIC!!!: When trying to create an ombre (portraying the transformation from day to night in the metropolis), the spray paint has changed the texture of the tassels, making them rough and thus creating friction - preventing the tassels from flowing/dangling gracefully again.

Therefore, to avoid this from happening in my final, I need to avoid this method COMPLETELY.
